VMA provided expert advice and guidance throughout the recruitment process. Their communication flow was timely and thorough (how many times do you normally find yourself chasing Search Consultants for updates?) which facilitated the whole process. Finally, they fielded a range of final candidates that made us feel as though we had real choice in our final appointment. That was 6 months ago and our new Director of Communications is already impacting right across the business.
